Science and Aromatherapy Aromatherapy is a science alternative, which has no concrete background to prove its claim to heal the mind and body. However, reviews have led us to believe that the oils do work to relieve a variety of symptoms. For instance, a Clove reviewer said that the oil helped to relax the body and mind, yet he wasn't sure if the clove oils did all that it claimed to do. Who knows, but unless you try the oils there is no real truth that they will heal the body and mind.
In fact, I interviewed another lady, which said that she used aromatherapy mild and medium oils, which she had no real affects from its use.
Yet, given the facts that I know of this person, I would almost say that her mind was too consumed to really enjoy the oils.
