Massage
you can make your own massage oils by adding 2 to 3% Essential Oil to a vegetable oil (known as carrier oil) base such as Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil or Grapeseed Oil (preferable). Percentage should equal about 2 to 3 drops of Essential Oil per teaspoon of vegetable oil.
